Our qualified butchers aim to prepare your order as close as possible to the requested weight, but minor variations (called 'unders & overs') can occur. 

At checkout, select 'save card details for next time'  and the 'authority to charge for future purchases' boxes to enable automatic adjustments, with the understanding that you'll only be charged for the weight received.
