Competition Terms and Conditions

MOBILE BUTCHER ONLINE ORDER COMPETITION
WIN A YETI & MEAT PACK - TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

1. Promoter: This competition is conducted by Tannum Meats, Calliope Quality Meats and Kin Kora Meats (Promoter). For further information, please contact Tannum Meats, Calliope Quality Meats or Kin Kora Meats directly.
    

2. Competition Period: The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on Monday 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 31 July 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
    

3. Eligibility: Entry is open to residents within Queensland postcodes 4677 and 4680 only who are aged 18 years or over. Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and any businesses associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.
    

4. How to Enter: 
   • To enter, customers must place an order through The Mobile Butcher website during the Competition Period.
   • One (1) completed online order equals one (1) automatic entry.
   • Multiple entries are permitted through multiple eligible transactions. 
   • No minimum spend applies unless otherwise advertised. 
   • Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent or void transactions are not eligible. 
   • Entry is automatic upon completion of an eligible online order.
    

5. Prize: One winner will receive: 
   • One (1) YETI Roadie 32 Wheeled Hard Cooler and one (1) Meat Tray valued at $500 - Total prize pool value: AUD $1,000. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The meat tray must be collected from the participating store where the winning order was placed. 
    

6. Draw and Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random draw on 4 August 2026 at a time determined by the Promoter. The draw will be posted via the social media channels of Tannum Meats, Calliope Quality Meats and Kin Kora Meats. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    

7. Winner Notification and Publication: The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within seven (7) days of the draw using the details provided with their order. The winner’s first name, surname initial and/or suburb may also be published on the social media channels of Tannum Meats, Calliope Quality Meats and Kin Kora Meats. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photography and social media content, without additional compensation.
    

8. Claiming the Prize: The prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited.
    

9. Marketing and Communications: By placing an online order through The Mobile Butcher website, customers acknowledge that they may receive marketing communications regarding products, promotions, and updates. Recipients may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing does not affect competition eligibility once a valid entry has been received.
    

10. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used to administer the competition, fulfil orders and provide communications in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
     

11. Technical Issues: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical interruptions, website outages, failed transactions or events outside its reasonable control which impact entry.
     

12. General Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions. Each eligible order receives one entry only. Purchasing additional products within a single order does not improve the odds of winning beyond the stated entry method. 
     

13. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition where required by law or due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
